Three customisable wedding packages — Essential, Signature and Luxury — featuring signature Jamaican cocktails, elevated menus and full rental tableware. Starting from JMD $7,500 per person.

Private Dining

An elevated dining experience for private gatherings and exclusive events. Classic, Premier and Elite packages starting from JMD $4,875 per person.

Corporate Luncheons & Coffee Breaks

Professional buffet catering for teams of all sizes. Starting from JMD $1,500 per person. Coffee break packages from JMD $1,000 per person.

40-piece platters across 30+ menu items. Seven beautifully styled gourmet carts for events up to 100 guests — including our signature Jamaican Bites Cart, Charcuterie & Grazing Cart and Taco Bar.

Rotisserie Pig

The ultimate event centrepiece. Whole roasted pig slow cooked with Chef Mark's signature jerk seasoning. Packages from JMD $85,000 for up to 50 guests.

Fresh natural Jamaican juices for events, functions and retail. Made with seasonal Jamaican fruits and no artificial additives.
